Clean Lifestyle is a curated directory of products made by real people. We catalog food, household goods, personal care, supplements, and more from independently-owned producers who prioritize quality ingredients, honest sourcing, and transparent practices.

Why this exists

The consumer landscape is dominated by a handful of conglomerates that own hundreds of brands each. Many products marketed as "natural" or "clean" are owned by the same parent companies that sell ultra-processed alternatives. Labels are confusing by design, and greenwashing is the norm.

We built this directory because finding genuinely clean products shouldn't require a research project. Every brand listed here has been individually reviewed against our criteria.

What we look for

We focus on brands that are:

  • Independently owned -- not subsidiaries of major conglomerates
  • Transparent about ingredients and sourcing -- no vague labels or proprietary blends hiding junk
  • Making products with minimal, recognizable ingredients -- things your grandparents would recognize
  • Committed to honest practices -- no greenwashing, no misleading certifications

What we are not

We are not a certification body. We don't test products in a lab or audit supply chains. We are a directory that does research so you don't have to, and we tell you what we find.

We are not paid to list brands. Some guide pages contain affiliate links that help support the site, and those are always disclosed. A brand's listing in the directory is never influenced by whether they have an affiliate program.
