Their dates are hand-picked in three rounds during harvest for perfect ripeness, ensuring only the highest quality fruit makes it to market. The farm's ideal location harnesses the power of California sunshine year-round, while rich sandy soils allow minimal intervention—no pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
