Saint Crewe is a Baton Rouge skincare brand founded by Erin Piper for younger skin — especially teens, tweens, college-age adults, and parents trying to avoid the chaos of adult actives marketed to children. Piper is a licensed therapist and mother, and the brand began after she watched young shoppers gravitate toward products with ingredients their skin did not need.

The ownership record is strong. Beauty Independent identifies Piper as the Baton Rouge-based founder launching Saint Crewe for age-appropriate skincare. The Advocate calls Saint Crewe a Baton Rouge-based skincare company, names Erin Piper as founder, and says she teamed up with Laura-Lucia Carothers to launch the line. Kara Goldin’s founder interview also identifies Piper as founder and describes Carothers as CEO. We found no corporate parent, acquisition record, or match in the exclusion list.

Saint Crewe’s first line is intentionally small: a cleansing balm, serum, face mist, and gel moisturizer. The formulas are positioned for sensitive young skin, with ingredients such as bisabolol, ginger, turmeric, aloe, microalgae, marine algae extract, goji berry, and vitamin E. Beauty Independent reports that the products were developed with dermatologists and tested on more than 100 people before launch. The company site says the products are dermatologist approved, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, suitable for sensitive skin, vegan, and cruelty-free.

The category needs more adult supervision, frankly. Children do not need retinol eye cream because TikTok discovered shelfies. Saint Crewe’s better move is not pretending skincare should be a status hobby for kids; it gives families a simpler set of products designed around gentleness rather than anti-aging theater.

We list them because the founder, purpose, and product boundaries are clear. This is not the cheapest skincare option, and shoppers should still check ingredients for individual sensitivities. But as an independent Louisiana alternative to bigger youth-beauty brands, Saint Crewe is worth tracking.
