Foxhollow Farm

Foxhollow Farm is a Demeter Certified Biodynamic® family farm in Crestwood, Kentucky, raising AGA Certified 100% grassfed and grass-finished beef on 1,300 acres of bluegrass pastures. Led by Janey, a 3rd generation steward of the farm, the family is spearheading a commitment to biodynamic agriculture and has converted the family's land into a thriving biodynamic farming community. The farm operates with sustainability and regeneration as core principles, ensuring everything they do considers the longevity of the land and the planet.

The farm's beef is always 100% grassfed and grass-finished, never exposed to grain, hormones, pesticides, or herbicides. To reduce their carbon footprint and farm more sustainably, Foxhollow ships regionally along the East Coast rather than nationwide. The team works hard to bring humanely raised, sustainable beef to customers while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental stewardship. The farm also operates Foxhollow Market, which offers self-serve options and scheduled hours for local pickup.
