Over a century later, the Bulliard family is still at it — same town, same commitment to peppers, four generations deep. George Bulliard Sr., the third generation, formally incorporated Peppers Unlimited of Louisiana, Inc. in 1993 to carry the family tradition into commercial scale. The company remains one of the largest independent, family-owned seasoning producers in the state.
