Sage Mountain Beef

Sage Mountain Beef is a small, family-owned regenerative farm located in Anza, California, in the high desert mountains of Riverside County. Owned and operated by Phil and Juany Noble, the farm specializes in grass-fed Angus beef, Cerveza beef, Dorper lamb, and heritage pork—all pasture-raised locally on their small farm without hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines.

What began as a small garden with extra produce to sell at the local farmer's market has evolved into a thriving farm that serves Southern California's most informed and health-conscious eaters. The Nobles feel a strong connection to their community and neighbors, taking pride in looking out for Southern California's healthy food needs. Their unique "green-fed" approach gives cattle access to an organic "salad-bar" of watermelon and butternut squash plants, alfalfa, wheat grasses, and other forages—creating nutrient-dense beef with exceptional flavor.

Sage Mountain also operates a CSA program offering weekly boxes of organic fruits and vegetables alongside their pasture-raised meats. Home delivery is available throughout San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, bringing pasture-to-plate meats directly from their small regenerative farm.
