White Oak Pastures

White Oak Pastures is a six-generation, 158-year-old family farm in rural Georgia operating on 3,200+ acres of certified organic pastureland. Run by Will Harris (fourth generation) and his family, the farm practices what they call "radically traditional farming"—using regenerative agriculture to restore soil health, sequester carbon, and revitalize their rural community.

After decades of industrial farming, Will Harris transformed White Oak Pastures in 1995 to a holistic, multi-species rotational grazing system. The farm raises grass-fed cattle, pastured poultry, hogs, sheep, goats, and rabbits—all processed in their on-farm, zero-waste USDA abattoir. They're one of the largest and most diverse certified organic farms in Georgia.
