The Maker's Meadow is a grass-based, regenerative family farm founded in 2002 by the Wendell Filbrun Family in West Alexandria, Ohio. What began as a simple desire to raise clean, nutrient-dense meat for their own family has grown into a mission-driven farm serving thousands of health-conscious families across the Midwest—while remaining 100% family-owned and independently operated for over two decades.

The Filbrun family operates on the principle that animals should be raised "the way God intended"—with plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and room to roam. Their 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb, forest-raised heritage pork, and pasture-raised poultry are all raised without hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. Through rotational grazing and regenerative farming practices, they actively heal the land while producing some of the most nutrient-dense meats available: rich in Omega-3s, vitamins, and beneficial fats that only come from animals raised on pasture.
