Lineage Provisions is an independent meat snack company co-founded in 2019 by Dr. Paul Saladino, MD (author of The Carnivore Code) and Dr. Anthony Gustin, DC, with a mission to make animal-based nutrition easy through products that honor ancestral wisdom while meeting the highest standards for quality, nutrient-density, taste, and transparency. Based in Dripping Springs, Texas, the company has raised no venture capital and remains fully founder-owned and operated.

The company's flagship product—100% grass-fed beef sticks—took over two years and 54 batches to perfect, using a traditional five-day air-drying process that preserves nutrients, retains critical enzymes found in raw meat, and eliminates the need for any preservatives, curing agents, or additives. Each stick skillfully blends muscle meat with nutrient-dense organ meats (heart and liver) from 100% grass-fed cattle, using only vinegar and sea salt for flavor. All products are third-party tested for contaminants and environmental toxins, sourced from regenerative farms, and created without fillers, binders, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.
